Services We Provide
RightFit Forney Tree Services offers professional tree care services, including tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming.
All services are subject to scheduling availability and weather conditions. We will do our best to complete work on time, but some jobs may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
Quotes and Pricing
We provide free quotes for all our services. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and our initial inspection. Final pricing may change if we discover additional issues or complexities during the job.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless we agree to different terms in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Your Responsibilities
When you hire us, you agree to provide safe access to the work area. This includes moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, or other items that might get in the way. You also agree to let us know about any underground utilities, property lines, or other hazards we should be aware of.
If you have homeowner association rules or local permits that apply to tree work, you are responsible for getting the necessary approvals before we start. We can help guide you through this process if needed.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee to cover our scheduling and travel costs.
We may also need to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new date.
Liability and Insurance
RightFit Forney Tree Services is fully licensed and insured. We take every precaution to protect your property during our work. However, tree work involves some risk, and unexpected damage can occur.
Our insurance covers accidental damage caused by our work. If damage occurs, we will work with you and our insurance provider to resolve the issue promptly. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, underground utilities that were not marked, or issues caused by your failure to provide accurate information about the work area.
Safety
Your safety and the safety of our crew are our top priorities. When we are working on your property, please keep children and pets indoors and away from the work area. Do not enter the work zone while our crew is operating equipment.
We follow all industry safety standards and use professional-grade equipment. Our team is trained to handle tree work safely and efficiently.
Warranty and Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, let us know within 7 days and we will work to make it right. This may include re-doing the work or providing a partial refund, depending on the situation.
Our warranty does not cover natural events like storms, pest infestations, or tree diseases that develop after our work is complete.
